On July 3, Maya turned 9 years old!!!
Here's our beautiful girl enjoying her day.
Leigh made a carrot cake for Maya.
Maya got a tackle box the day of her birthday. Our fishergirl thought that was a fabulous gift. Her big birthday present came the next week when Leigh took Maya and Kiran to Chicago on an overnight trip. We went to the American Girl Place, saw the show and had dinner. Maya got a new doll. We spent the night and went to the aquarium the next day. It was a great "girls" vacation.
